We can all make a mariner's compass now!

We have acquired some great choices for the library!  The first is a pattern ( Pattern 311 in our collection) and two templates purchased at the recent AQC after a number of us saw it demonstrated.  It promises to make us all experts at making the mariner's compass. Take your time, measure carefully and use a generous 1/4 inch seam!  That seemed to work for me!

The second item is  a book (number 149) of gorgeous baby quilts.  All the grandmothres and new mothers in our group will love these quilts.   This book is 95 pages and the projects in the book use Moda’s popular jelly rolls.

You can find a review of this book at

We request that these new items be for
two week loans for the moment.
