Last Saturday

We have a new member hoping to join us soon on a Saturday, Fabienne who was busily work on a rug, so welcome her when you meet her.

 This is another of Evelyn's completed quilts the Purple Wonder. It was not her preferred colour but everyone else liked it!

Green Hear Quilts and more

Last Saturday Evelyn and Judy put together some of the Green Heart blocks to make 3 quilts which are now complete and ready to find a way of getting to New Zealand. We have many more blocks ready to go so thanks to everyone who has labored away making them.

 This is Evelyn's quilt showing how clam shell quilting should look. She has used the fat quarter pack sold by Aldi. ( Reminds me I bought some too -  where did I put them!)
