We are a busy, busy, group who make a variety of items all sewn, either by hand of by machine. We are free to make what ever takes our fancy and these days there is so much available to us on the internet, to inspire. We also inspire each other by what we show at "Show and Tell", I would encourage everyone to share their endeavors.

Rosie made this from a workshop done many years ago

This is a quilt made over the past 6 months. The pattern is Amelie by Marie Sy Clair. Sheila did most of it by hand with the borders and piecing by machine. It is machine quilted on a domestic machine

This was made by Mary. This pattern always looks effective.
Cheryl showed us her lovely bag with many pockets. A lovely way to use clam shells
Definitely Easter love the colours. I can imagine these, made by Judy, filled with Easter eggs
Fiona has made this quilt as a wedding present for her brother arriving from America
This is one of many that Sandra has made, a useful bag made from a fat quarter

 March Retreat 2023.

Well what a fun productive relaxing time we had at Retreat. Here are some of examples of the creativity that did happen over the 3 days.

This quilt Ann started in 2013 at a Margaret McDonald Workshop. Well it is finally finished.

Sandra completed a bag for a friend

Di worked diligently on her quilt.  In between laughs and lots of interesting discussions.

Cheryl presented a quilt, she finished from scraps which has turned out beautifully

Annie made a table house for two of her grand babies. It. Turned out amazing and featured something to remind them of their New Zealand Nanna and their English Grand parents. Even pickles the dog gets a mention.
