Hand quilting

What happens when you put your sewing down for a second?

I was looking through my photos and found this one which made me laugh all over again.  You'll be pleased to hear that despite the dog attempting to sabotage my one and only hand quilting effort I did manage to finish the quilt!

      No, in fact the poor old boy doesn't even have a quilt! I'm such a slacker! This one is on my guest bed...and whenever my mum comes to visit she turns it upside down so you can't even see the quilting!
