There was a lot of colour and talent on show last Tuesday, our monthly meeting night. Enjoy the feast!
Ann McWaters was finishing the binding on a 'long lost quilt' destined as a gift for her sewing machine repairman!
The use of the small squares is a simple but effective way to use
pretty fabrics.
Gail was busy completing a baby quilt which is a great
achievement having quilted it herself!
The photo does not do credit to the vibrant colours and silk fabric.
Sheila impressed us all with her two contributions! The first was a wall hanging called In my Window Flowers Bloom, a pattern by Esther Aliu. There is a link to Esther's BLOG and others on the right side of this page.
The second is almost complete and is another Esther pattern
called Secret Garden. It has been fifteen months in the making! There is so much detail!
Barb has created a wonderful quilt using hexagons, great stash
buster. She just keeps soldiering on with these hexagons!
And Grace shared her lovely purple quilt which she has quilted herself!
