I don't think us quilters are among the bored and desperate yet except if our stash has been reduced to crumbs! Even then we can manage to make something.

Kay has made more scrub hats that look very cheery.
Mine are in the basket ready for inspection for loose threads and ready for a press! Not sure how many are there!
I love reading all the posts of finished projects or ongoing progress. Our hobby keeps us sane!
It is possible to make comments at the bottom of the posts except if you are are on a Mac using Safari! Most frustrating!

After Sheila's last post I investigated the Flower Power project by Helen Godden and was inspired to download the blocks and have now created a whole new category of projects called MDOD, might do one day. If I am honest I actually have lots of projects that fit into that category. Most of you probably do too. You can access the blocks on her website and go to the shop where the blocks are free with just your email. There is also a facebook group and lots of videos. Thanks Sheila and Julie for alerting us to this!

I have kept very busy with various projects including the Splendid Sampler 1 from a few years ago when I had completed 20 blocks and then hid them away. I bought the kindle book on Amazon so have made a few more blocks, aiming for 30. I have put a bright pink border on them and will quilt as you go. Any advice for the sashing colour would be appreciated. They have not been trimmed to size yet.
